Field Trip

Yuck as I got off the bus, a disgusting smell of rotten food scraps floated up my nose.The transfer station was stinky.We went there to learn about rubbish.It took a bit of time to get there.Room 9 and room 8 went there on Friday.

We all walked in our lines to get to a table with rubbish on it.The lady talked about what rubbish we can recycle or not .After she had finished talking we had a look around the transfer station.The lady talked about the rubbish as we walked around the transfer station. 

Then we went to the landfill.When we got there the lady gave out bright orange jackets.As we got off the bus the first thing I said was"yuck"the landfill was worst.

Then we went for a walk.We saw alot of instreting things the lady talked about a tower that had fire in in it.The lady said "if you put a saugauge in it would have burnt fast".
